Saijo Cho is located on plains surrounded by mountains. The Kurosegawa River flows from north to south through the town center. The plains are used as fields for farming and residential areas.
Around JR Saijo Station and JR Higashihiroshima Station, there are many buildings, including the City Hall and houses. Saijo Cho is the largest, most populated town in Higashihiroshima City.
