Farmers’ Market (Shakunage Hall)

Shakunage Hall in Fukutomi Cho sells food products based on the environmental and people-friendly concept of local production for local consumption. In particular, egoma (perilla) and Japanese artichoke are specialties of Fukutomi Cho. Egoma is used in various dishes.
Fukutomi Cho also has shops specializing in delicious cheese, pizza, and ice cream made with milk from local cows.

Ken-o-no-mori Park

Ken-o-no-mori Park in Fukutomi Cho is located in the center of Hiroshima Prefecture. There are walkways and camp sites where you can enjoy nature. Kuroboya Gorge is open from April to June. You can also hike and see beautiful rhododendrons.
