Chikurin-ji Temple

This temple is located on the top of Mount Takamura (535 m). It was built by Gyoki in 730. The main temple building in the picture was rebuilt in 1511. It has been designated as a National Important Cultural Property.
 
Many objects are preserved as cultural properties at Chikurin-ji Temple.

Somaki Stonework

The Jizo statue in Somaki, Nyuno District, was built about 600 years ago. It is very old for a Jizo statue with the era name engraved on it.
 
Miyama Substation Main Building

This substation was built about 100 years ago. It is famous for its western-style arched windows.
 
Kochiohashi Bridge

This bridge was built in 1932.
Each pillar is equipped with an outdoor lamp.
