Main roads in Higashihiroshima City
Route 2 runs east and west through the center of Higashihiroshima City towards Hiroshima City, Mihara City, and Fukuyama City. Route 375 also runs north and south through the city towards Kure City and Miyoshi City. Route 185 runs along the coast towards Kure City and Takehara City.
