広島市立大学／芸術資料館アーカイブ利用規程 Art Museum Archive Terms of Use

本規程は、広島市立大学デジタルアーカイブのうち芸術資料館アーカイブの利用条件を定めるものです。芸術資料館アーカイブに公開している文書、画像、意匠等のデジタルデータ（以下「当コンテンツ」という。）の利用に当たっては、本規程と併せて広島市立大学デジタルアーカイブ利用規程を確認してください。 These Terms govern the use of the Art Museum Archive as a part of the Hiroshima City University Digital Archive. When using documents, images, designs, and other digital data made available in the Art Museum Archive (hereinafter “the Content”), users must also comply with the Hiroshima City University Digital Archive Terms of Use.

1. 当コンテンツの利用について Use of the Content

• (1)　当コンテンツは自由に閲覧いただけますが、印刷及びダウンロードはできません。また、私的使用のための複製、引用、教育機関における利用その他の著作権者の許諾なく著作物を利用することが法的に認められる場合を除き、当コンテンツを無断で複製、公衆送信、翻案、配布等することはできません。
• (2)　展示会のカタログその他の出版物（電子出版物を含む。以下同じ。）への転載など、著作権者の許諾なく著作物を利用することが法的に認められる範囲を超えて当コンテンツを利用しようとする場合は、2のお問い合わせ先までメールで相談してください。広島市立大学芸術資料館が、当該出版物の内容等に照らして利用の可否を判断します。なお、判断には一定の期間を要しますので、時間の余裕をもって相談してください。
• (3)　(1)又は(2)のいずれの場合であっても、「広島市立大学芸術資料館所蔵」又は「Hiroshima City University Art Museum」とクレジットを明記の上、利用してください。
• (4)　当コンテンツを展示会のカタログその他の出版物に転載したときは、当該出版物が完成した後速やかに、２部（電子出版物の場合はデジタルデータを）、広島市立大学芸術資料館に送付してください。
• (1) You can view any of the Content, but cannot print or download it. Except where permitted under applicable law—such as reproduction for private use, quotation, or use in educational settings— you may not reproduce, transmit to the public, adapt, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Content without prior authorization from the copyright holder.
• (2) If you need to obtain prior authorization to use the Content from the copyright holder under applicable law—such as reproduction in exhibition catalogues or other publications, including electronic publications— you must contact our office in advance by e-mail at the address listed in Section 2. The Hiroshima City University Art Museum will determine whether such use is permitted based on the content of the publication. Please note that we need a certain period of time for review; accordingly, please submit your inquiry well in advance.
• (3) Whether under (1) or (2), you must clearly indicate the following credit: “広島市立大学芸術資料館所蔵” or “Hiroshima City University Art Museum”.
• (4) When you reproduce the Content in an exhibition catalogue or other publication, you must promptly submit two copies of the completed publication (or digital data for electronic publications) to the Hiroshima City University Art Museum.
