Japan played perfect rugby against Canada and made two straight test match wins. Each Japanese player answered to Canada's powerful push with skilful tackling. This thrilling game got the fans excited. Not only did Japan not concede any tries to the opponent, they also scored three beautiful tries. “I am satisfied in every aspect. Allow me to puff my chest up just for today,” said coach Hibino. Stand-off Matsuo also emphasised that the game went well, and called it “the best game for Japan as a team”.
