Mr. Forry of Chicago spoke on the Holy Spirit. Princeton men invited me reception at 2 o’clock. We Japanese students had a picnic in the afternoon, where we all enjoyed.

On Round Top a converted Hindu Mohamedan[sic] and Robert Wilder spoke on India,

Mr. Moody spoke on the Emblem of the Holy Spirit. Nothing original but very effectual.

Mr. Mott gave me his new book. Red a letter from home. Thank God they were all well.
