Mr. Newman kindly took me to the Grant’s tombe［sic］ and the Museum of Natural History both Objects of no small interest. Today was hot and inadequate［?］ of a break, we were pretty well tired when we got home.

We stopped at the Reformed Church building and met Dr. Amerman.

ミスター・ニューマンが親切にもグラント将軍の墓と自然史博物館に連れていってくれた。どちらも非常に興味深い場所だ。今日は暑く、休憩も不十分だったので、戻る頃にはかなり疲れていた。2人で改革派教会の建物に立ち寄り、ドクター・アメルマンに会った。
