Went to see Young Okuno’s grave in the Orange Cemetery. He is buried in Dr’s own lot. His death in this country was one of the saddest things I have ever known. Yet, God must know the best. I plucked a few leaves of the “Martyr” that was planted on the grave.
Came to New York. Met Mr. Wishard who wants me to stay till September and go in the meanwhile to Northfield.
A letter from home. Thank God. All is well at home.
