Moved from the Merriman Cottage to the Crane Cottage.
In the afternoon the girls had their field day - foot race, high jump, potato race, throwing the baseball etc - They not only sung their college songs but yelled just like college boys. The sight and sound were socking［sic］.
Vassar, Smith, Holyoke and many others were represented.
In the evening Dr. Mabei［sic］ spoke on the relation of foreign missions.
メリマン・コテージからクレーン・コテージへと移動。
午後は女学生たちの運動会があり、徒競走、走り高跳び、ポテトレース、野球ボール投げ等が行われた。彼女たちは大学の校歌を歌うだけではなく、男子学生たちと全く変わらない様子で叫んでもいた。その光景と響きは衝撃的だった。
ヴァッサー、スミス、ホリヨーク、その他数多くの大学の代表者が参加していた。
夕方にはドクター・マービーが海外伝道団についてスピーチをした。
