In the morning bought araiko and mizuabura which I was asked by Mrs.Ohori to procure in Japan and posted them by mail. Then went to Emporium to get a few articles. Shoes, a cap etc.
Mr. T. Nakamura took me to the Golden Gate Park and on the way back invited me to a Japanese lunch. He has been very kind.
Wrote to Ohori and his wife, Arakawa and some others.
Packed up my things.
午前中、オオホリ夫人に入手を依頼されていた洗い粉と水油を買い、郵便で送った。その後、エンポリウム百貨店に行き、いくつかの品々を購入。靴、帽子など。
ミスター・T. ナカムラがゴールデン・ゲート・パークに案内してくれ、帰る途中に日本食のランチに招待してくれた。彼はとても親切だった。
オオホリ夫妻、アラカワ、その他何名かに手紙を書いた。
荷造りをした。
