French woman［`s］movement not admitted into the Federation. Russian movement was admitted. The place and time of［the］next conference was［sic］discussed but not decided.
午前中は実務。
午後は基本委員会。
フランスの婦人運動は連盟に認められず。ロシアの運動は認められた。次回大会の場所と日程が話し合われたが、結論には至らず。
