Afternoon session. Several Forum. Statements on Immigration Policies by representatives of various groups. Shulenburg, Labour agitation.
Evening Round Tables. Racial aspects of immigration.

大学クラブでの昼食にプロフェッサー・ディーンに招かれ、日本人児童のための日本語学校の現状について話し合った。
午後のセッション。複数の会議があった。さまざまなグループの代表が移民政策について意見を出す。シュレンブルグの労働争議。
夜からの円卓会議。移民の人種的考察。
