General Forum on Extra territoriality. After discussion recommitted to the chairman of the committee.

In the afternoon went to the Bank and had 600 yen exchanged to dollars, which was 41/1/4
Then went to Davis whole sale company and bought water fountain pens etc. etc.
Enjoyed a Japanese dinner at Dr. 嶋本市太郎house.
Public addresses by Duncan Hall, Miss Wooley and Dr. Gregory of Bishop Museum.
治外法権に関する全体会議。議論の後に委員会の議長に再委託。
円卓会議。移民政策の基本について話し合う。
午後には銀行に行き、600円をドルに換えた。41と1/4ドルだった。
その後、デイヴィス商店へ行き万年筆を買った、などな
ど。
ドクター・嶋本市太郎宅で日本料理を楽しんだ。
ダンカン・ホールとミス・ウーリー、ビショップ博物館のドクター・グレゴリーが演説を行った。
