| 「平成」は、国がゴールドプランを打ち出すなど、高齢者福祉制度が大きく転換しました。高齢者福祉センター「寿楽」は、1階がリハビリ施設や特殊浴室を備えた在宅サービスセンター、2階が教養・娯楽・健康管理に利用される福祉センターとして開設され、多くの方々が利用しています。現在、1階については、介護保険制度の認定外高齢者のための施設として利用しています。 | In the "Heisei era (1989- present)", the elderly welfare system in Japan was greatly transformed by the national government which formulated such programs as the Gold Plan. Since it opened, the "Juraku" elderly welfare center has been used by many people. The first floor is a residential service center with rehabilitation facilities and special bathrooms, while the second floor is a welfare center for education, entertainment and health management services. The first floor is currently used as a facility for elderly persons ineligible for support from the long-term care insurance system. | |
