『日本国に駐留するアメリカ合衆国軍隊等の行為による特別損失の補償に関する法律』の規定に基づき、航空機の離陸及び着陸に伴い農耕作業等が著しく阻害される場合に、補償が行われるものである。Based on the provisions of the "Act on Compensation of Special Losses Caused by Acts of United States Forces and Other Forces Stationed in Japan", compensation is provided when the farming operation, etc., is significantly inhibited due to aircraft takeoffs and landings.
