狭山神社・加藤神社の祭礼に奉納 昭和3年=大正時代の愛好者による西多摩地区の芸能大会が青梅御岳で行われた際、露払いの意味で初出演、成績は一等であった。 昭和15年=瑞穂第一小学校での町制施行記念の祝賀会で獅子舞を披露 昭和22年=箱根ヶ崎青年団員で、復員軍人の促進祈願の獅子舞奉納、横田米軍基地に招待され、古来より伝わる郷土芸能を披露した。 昭和35年=芝神明神杜に獅子舞を奉納 昭和38年=瑞穂農協演芸大会に於いて優勝 昭和46年=産業祭で舞う。(以後毎年) 昭和47年=NHKテレビ「スタジオ102」に出演。 昭和48年=多摩郷土芸能出演(立川) 昭和49年=阿豆佐味天神社奉納 | Performance at the Sayama Shrine and Kato Shrine festivals 1928: Taisho era enthusiasts held an arts festival at Mt. Mitake in Nishitama district where the dance was performed as an opening act and received first-class marks. 1940: Shishimai (lion dance) performed at a celebration commemorating the incorporation of the town at Mizuho Daiichi Elementary School. 1947: The Hakonegasaki Youth Organization was invited to the Yokota Military Base to perform the Shishimai to pray for veterans and perform a form of local entertainment passed down since ancient times. 1960: Shishimai performed at Shiba Shinmei Shrine. 1963: Grand prize awarded at the Mizuho Agricultural Cooperative Entertainment Tournament. 1971: Dance performed at the Industrial Festival. (Performance held annually thereafter) 1972: Performance on NHK TV's "Studio 102." 1973: Performance on Tama Local Entertainment (Tachikawa) 1974: Performance at Azusamiten Shrine |

Stop not at the gate. This lion was born in Kyoto, raised in Ise. Unassuming, it purifies Ise. The songbird flies from the mountains to the town, playing here and there in the garden. When the wind carries storms, it is there that the lioness hides. The lioness builds her den on the rocks, smashes the rocks - the lioness approaches. When the ivy growing round the pines of Matsuyama turns to green, I grow sentimental. Dew forms on the lawn by the road as the day dawns. I must say goodbye and never return. |

第2部、五郎と朝比奈の場 | Part 2 - Scene with Goro and Asahina | 五郎時致(ときむね)のせりふ=我こそは、曽我五郎時致、本望遂げずにおくものか。 和田が三男小林の朝比奈のせりふ=(朝比奈後より)しばらく しばらくしばらく。 五郎=(しばらくとはと後をふりむく)しばらくとは。 朝比奈=しばらく しばらく しばらく。 五郎=しばらくと声かけしは何やつなるか。 朝比奈=(五郎の前に出て)九十三騎のその中に、和田が三男小林の、朝比奈ここは一番止めた、止めた おっ止めた。(足を前に出してかまえ、手を広げる) 五郎=朝比奈ずらのこっとくに、やすやすと止めらりょうか。止まらば一番止めて見ろ。 朝比奈=(鎖鎌を前に置き)くさずり三枚しっかととり、つかんだこぶしが切れて抜けるか。くさずりがちぎれるか、胴の骨が喰いちがうか、三つに一つは情のものだ。(五郎は突放され、朝比奈、鎌を持ち組みとめるの太刀廻り、最後に棒の端を捉えて、鎖鎌で巻き双方共に高く弟上げる) 朝比奈=来る五月は、 五郎=富士の御狩で、 朝比奈・五郎=其の時、本望遂げるであろう。それまでは、さらば さらば さらば(双方別れる。) | Goro Tokimune:I am Goro Tokimune Soga. ○獅子舞は、道行きは別として、演ずる場所に応じて角陣をつくる。四隅は竹を立て、注連縄(しめなわ)を張ってその中で演ずる。陣は庭ともいう。 獅子天狗蝿追の衣裳は、唐草模様のじゅばんに、たっけ形、白足袋、わらじ 蝿追は、一本歯の下駄、からすうちわ 笹羅摺は、頭に花笠、ふり袖の女装 笛唄は、すげ笠、草履ばき、紋付羽織に身を正す。 棒遣は、武士の衣裳草鞋ばき、十郎は、腰に木刀六尺棒、祐経は、木刀に薙刀、五郎は、木刀に六尺棒、朝比奈は、木刀に鎖鎌、演ずる前に神官のお祓いを受けてから始まる。 | ○ Except for the approach, the Shishimai is different depending upon where it is performed. Four bamboo posts are placed in the corners with a rope enclosing the area.This area is also referred to as the "garden." The shishi tengu haioi costume has an arabesque undershirt, takke form, white socks, and straw sandals. The haioi wear single-toothed geta sandals and a fan with a crow. The sasarasuri have flowers on their head and long-sleeved women's kimonos. The flutists wear sedge hats, grass sandals, and a crested coat. The botsukai wear samurai costumes. Juro has a wooden quarterstaff at his waist. Suketsune has a wooden sword. Goro has a wooden sword and quarterstaff. Asahina has a wooden sword and a sickle and chain. Before the performance starts, they undergo a purification. |
