This booklet was published to commemorate 50th anniversary of Mizuho Town. It has been 50 years since Mizuho Town was launched by merging Hakonegasaki Village and other three villages in 1940. By adopting drawings, pictures and memoirs, the followings are introduced; history from primitive times to pre-Mizuho Town (early Showa) era, 50 years of progress of Mizuho Town, names of former town mayors and town council chairmen, population and number of households, and transition of the general account budget of the town. Lyrics of the town song and Mizuho Ondo are also included.
