法度(はっと)・掟(おきて)等を記して立て札を掲げたものを高札(こうさつ)という。指定された高札(こうさつ)は、正徳2年(1712)の火事取締り、天明8年(1788)の博打の取締り等を掲示したものである。

Kousatsu is a wooden plate put up to publicly notify Hatto (ordinances) and Okite (rules). The designated ones of Kousatsu include one for fire control of the Shoutoku period (1712) and another for gambling control of the Tenmei period 8 (1788).
Kousatsu are kept at Nagara-machi Community Center.
