文禄3年(1590)8月1日～27日にかけて行った上総国長南領刑部郷検地帳(かずさのくにちょうなんりょうおさかべごうけんちちょう)である。案内者・筆記者・立会人の名はあるが検地役人の名がないことから、控のためのものと推定される。

This is the official record of land survey of Kazusa-no-kuni Chounanryou Osakabegou conducted between August 1 through 27, in the Bunroku period 3 (1590). This has the names of the guide, scribe and observer, but no land survey officer, which suggests that this is a copy.
