智拳印を結ぶ金剛界大日如来(こんごうかいだいにちにょらい)の坐像(ざぞう)で、作風はおだやかであり、近世初期の作と推定される。厨子(ずし)は、地頭榊原氏の寄贈である。

This is a sitting statue of Kongoukai Dainichi Nyorai whose hands are in Chiken-in position. Its gentle style suggests that this was made in the beginning of the early modern times. This Zushi (miniature shrine) was donated by the Jitou (land steward), Sakakibara-shi.
