木造阿弥陀如来立像(もくぞうあみだにょらいりゅうぞう)の所在する安養坊は、笠森寺の住職の隠居寺であったといわれている。本堂(ほんどう)・庫裡(くり)・薬師堂・四足門などがあったが、明治28年の崖崩れにより消失した。この阿弥陀如来立像(あみだにょらいりゅうぞう)はその本尊であり、鎌倉時代末期の作と推定される。

Anyoubou where the wooden Amida Nyorai Ryuuzou is placed is said to be the Inkyoji (retirement temple) of a chief priest of Kasamoriji. Hondou (main building), Kuri (kitchen), Yakushidou, and Shisokumon used to exist but they were lost in the landslide of 1895. This standing statue of Amida Nyorai is the principal image and is presumed to be made in the end of Kamakura era.
