この経机(きょうづくえ)の両側にある竜の彫刻(ちょうこく)は、武志伊八郎信由(たけしいはちろうのぶよし)の作である。小品ではあるが力作で、製作年代は不明であるが、飯尾寺本堂(ほんどう)の欄間(らんま)作品と同時代と推定される。

This Kyou-zukue has sculptures of dragons on both sides and they were made by Takeshi Ihachirou-Nobuyoshi. It is unknown when this small yet powerful work was made. It is presumed to be in the same period as the carving of Ranma at Hondou of Iio temple.
