大網白里市(おおあみしらさとし)は、東京都心から50～60キロメートル圏域に位置し、九十九里平野のほぼ中央にあり、西は緑豊かな丘陵部、中央は広大な田園部、東は白砂青松の海岸部という特色ある豊かな自然を持つ風土を有しています。
Location and geography
Oamishirasato City is located around 50 to 60 km away from central Tokyo in nearly the center of Kujukuri plains. To the west are abundant green hills, in the center are vast fields and gardens, and to the east are the white sands and green pine trees of the coast. This city possesses a characteristic and rich natural landscape.
