| Soil ： | Plow twice before planting seeds to aerate the soil. Add fertilizer (chicken manure) only once. | |
| ・まきかた ： | 土の中に指の第2関節まで入れて穴をあけ、そこに3粒ずつ種をまきます。芽がでてきたら、一番元気な芽を残してあとは摘みます。 | |
| Planting seeds： | Make holes by poking your finger up to the first knuckle into the soil and place three seeds in each hole. When sprouts appear, leave the healthiest sprout and remove the rest. | |
