The Hiroshima Peace Institute (HPI) was established in 1998 as a research institute affiliated with Hiroshima City University, as a hub of “Wisdom” in Hiroshima, an international peace culture city.
Located in the city that experienced the first nuclear attack in human history, Hiroshima City University Digital Archive digitizes and makes available to the public academic materials, that have been accumulated through academic research activities to date, and that serve as cultural assets for building peace.
